Hello there! I'm Omar, based in sunny Southern California. I'm an experienced professional with over 10 years in the cannabis industry, passionate about helping brands grow through retail, outreach, and events.

One of my proudest achievements was helping March and Ash launch 4 of its 9 locations. I was one of the first 20 hires and helped scale the company to nearly 600 employees. Promoted to General Manager within 8 months, leading teams and improving day-to-day operations.

After March and Ash, I joined Tradecraft Farms, where I handled staffing, vendor relations, large deposits, and created SOPs that improved efficiency. Most recently, I played a key role at Sessions By The Bay, a hybrid cannabis lounge and dispensary, where I curated the opening menu, managed vendor relations, Purchasing, and worked closely with both lounge and retail GMs.
