Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for a partial or full refund (depending on your situation).  Please see below for more information on our return/refund policy.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, please email customer service at info@nrconnections.com, or send us a message through the contact form.

REFUNDS

After receiving your message, we will review the information provided and contact you back as soon as possible. Please allow at least 3 business days for us to respond. We will notify you by email if your refund is approved.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Some items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or returned.
  • If your purchase is a digital subscription that is past 30 days, then it is considered a FINAL SALE, and cannot be refunded.
  • If your purchase is a digital subscription that you have had for months/years, we may be able to refund you the current month, but not the previous months.
